Rashid Khan congratulates Indians

Indians around the world especially most people in India celebrated the Diwali festival 14th of November.

Indians celebrated the day and Afghan cricketer Rashid Khan who has huge fan followers in India congratulated Indians on the arrival of Diwali.

Afghan iconic cricketer Rashid Khan extended his best wishes to the people celebrating the Diwali festival in his most recent tweet saying “Happy Diwali to everyone around the world who celebrating. May your life be filled with colors and lights of happiness”.

Rashid Khan’s Diwali message welcomed vastly by Indians and thanked the kind khan for the best wishes and called the Afghan cricketer the best human as he is as a cricketer.

Rashid Khans reportedly stayed in the United Arab Emirates after successful IPL in that country for SRH and he is yet to return to Afghanistan.

 

Afghan leg-spin sensation took 20 wickets in the 13th edition of Indian Premier League as he finished the leading wicket-taker for his franchise Sun Risers Hyderabad.

Rashid Khan was the second leading wicket-taker after Bangalor’s Chahal and overall fifth leading wicket-taker in this year IPl behind Chaha, Bumra, Boult, and Rabada.

Sun Risers Hyderabad finished third in this year IPL 2020 behind the champion Mumbai Indians and runners up team Delhi Capitals after being knocked out in the second eliminator.

Reportedly, Rashid Khan will now book his flight for Australia where he is all set to play in the 10th edition of the Big bash league as he retained by the Adelaide strikers for the fourth consecutive season.

 

He will be joined by his countrymen Mohammad Nabi, Mujeeb Zadran, and teenager debutant china-man bowler Noor Ahmad Lakanwal who is signed along with the senior pro-Mohammad Nabi by the Melbourne star cricket team.

Indians celebrated Diwali (Victory of Light over Darkness) under the cloud of the COVID-19 pandemic this year.
